MCCDC is a non-profit Regionally and State funded Head Start program serving pre-school children from low-income families in Malheur County. 

At Malheur County Child Development Center, we approach each child as an individual with their own talents and one-of-a-kind needs. At MCCDC we use the Creative Curriculum model, which focuses on the idea that children learn by doing.
