Information Collected When You Browse This Site

All Information collected on this site shall be considered PRIVATE & Confidential. Such information may be disclosed with the consent of the Program Director or IT Specialist.  Information collected will be made available when required by law.

Such personal information may be exempt from disclosure if disclosure would constitute an unreasonable invasion of privacy under the circumstances. A domain name or Internet Protocol (IP) address is not considered personal information.

If you send us an electronic mail message with a question or comment that contains personal information, or fill out a form that emails us this information, we will only use the information needed to respond to your request or update the information in our systems. We may redirect your message to another government agency that is in a better position to answer your question.

The information collected is subject to the access and confidentiality provisions of the Oregon law.

Each electronic form that collects personal information on this site will be subject to this privacy policy, unless redirected to another site, then that site privacy policy shall supersede this privacy policy regarding that form submission.

Secure Transmission

For secured-data transmission, this site uses the industry standard encryption software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Refunds will not be offered. All sales are Final AS-IS, no warranty or service guarantee unless otherwise specified.

System Availability Policy

We use a hosted provider that provides a Service Level Agreement of 99.999% uptime, however we can not guarantee the site will be accessible 100% of every day. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and ask that you check back with us at a later time if it is offline.
